Stitchroom Workout Tilda is a fun and whimsical collection.
Most stitchers spend many hours at a time in the stitchroom .It is our get-a-way haven.
With rolling chairs to take us between machines and comfy computer stations, it can be a very static activity.
Tilda is sharing a few stitchroom tricks to help keep our bods agile and strong. Just a few minutes between seams can make a difference !
Add an exercise ball to increase you balance and you have a complete stitch room gym. Tilda keeps her exercise ball hand, as it is the perfect alternative to the wheelie chair while watching those embroidery designs stitch.
No strain or stress, just a few minutes at a time will help keep you energetic.
